Using this website

This website lets you browse Verve Beauty Lounge's services, packages and journal content, request an appointment time, and manage your account and wallet. Requesting a time through this site notes your preference — it is confirmed by our team over WhatsApp or phone, not automatically.

Appointments

Appointment requests made through this website or WhatsApp are confirmed by our team before they are final. Please arrive on time for your appointment; if you are running late, message us on WhatsApp so we can let you know if your slot can still be accommodated.

Cancellations and rescheduling

For services or packages paid for in advance, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made by contacting us in-lounge or via WhatsApp with as much notice as possible. Where a request falls within our cancellation policy window, standard cancellation terms apply; our team will confirm the specifics for your booking when you reach out.

Packages, Cash Points and gift vouchers

Package Points and gift vouchers are valid for the periods shown on your account and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Cash Points are earned on paid purchases and can be redeemed against future services as described in your account. Unused balances do not carry a cash refund value except where required by law.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
