• Package, Cash Points and gift voucher balances linked to your account

We do not collect payment card details through this website — payment is handled in-lounge or through your bank/wallet provider directly.

• Confirm and manage your appointments
• Maintain your wallet balances (Package Points, Cash Points and gift vouchers)

We share information only with service providers who help us run the lounge and this website (for example, hosting and messaging providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.
